Tortilla began in London with a simple idea: bring the bold flavours and fresh spirit of San Francisco-style Cali-Mex to everyday life. Inspired by the taquerias of the Mission District, we created food that's fast, fresh, filling, and made exactly your way. We named it Tortilla after the soft corn and flour tortillas at the heart of every great burrito and taco - inspired by the authentic flavours and taquerias that shaped our love for Cali-Mex food. More than 10 years ago, we brought that same experience to the UAE, serving handcrafted burritos, tacos, bowls, and salads packed with fresh ingredients, vibrant salsas, and hand-smashed guacamole. Today, Tortilla UAE is all about bold flavour, quality ingredients, and meals made fresh to order - bringing a little taste of Cali-Mex to every day.
